Instructors may modify course content, structure, schedule, or participation terms at their sole discretion to ensure quality or respond to operational needs. The Mnetta Academy reserves the right to reassign instructors or reschedule content without prior notice.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. By enrolling in a Service, you agree to the pricing, terms, and policies applicable at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be charged as required by law. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes. We are not liable for any outages, delays, or data loss caused by third-party platforms, hosting services, payment processors, or mobile app marketplaces.
By enrolling in our Services, you grant us permission to feature your submitted assignments, public testimonials, tagged social media posts, and portfolio outcomes in marketing materials, case studies, or internal showcases, unless you explicitly request exclusion in writing.
We strive to respond to inquiries and support requests within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST). Delays may occur during high-traffic periods or holidays.
From time to time, we may release new features, pilot programs, beta content, or trials. These offerings are provided “as-is” and may be changed, suspended, or removed without prior notice.
For offline workshops or live in-person sessions, all participants are required to comply with the venue’s safety, health, and behaviour protocols. Entry may be refused or revoked without refund for non-compliance or inappropriate conduct.
Certificates of completion issued by The Mnetta Academy are intended for recognition of participation and effort. They do not represent formal academic credits or government-recognized diplomas unless explicitly stated.
Your success depends on your commitment, practice, and initiative. The Mnetta Academy provides tools and guidance — but results may vary based on individual effort, background, and goals.
We are not responsible for how students apply their skills after completing a course. You agree not to use any techniques taught in our courses for unethical, illegal, or harmful purposes.
We may recommend products, tools, or services via affiliate links. While we only promote tools we trust, you are under no obligation to purchase through our links.
You may not use The Mnetta and or The Mnetta Academy name, logo, or brand elements in any public or commercial capacity without our prior written consent. Completion of a course does not imply endorsement by The Mnetta and or The Mnetta Academy.
All course materials are copyrighted and must not be downloaded, screen-recorded, shared, or redistributed. Piracy, duplication, or resale is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
